We at "GSDC" take the trust you have placed in us very seriously. We believe that your information should only be used to provide you as a merchant customer with the best service possible. Any information that you provide to "GSDC" will only be used to process your orders effectively. We do not share any of your personal information with any outside companies. To ship your order, we will need to provide your (Name, shipping address and phone number) to a shipping service. This may include: The United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express, DHL, etc. All Greeksunglasses products are covered by a one year warranty. This warranty covers manufacturers defects only. It does not cover scratched lenses or frames which have been broken or abused. Hinges are normal wear and tear items which are not covered by this warranty. If your sunglasses require repair or replacement, please contact our warranty department today: Greeksunglasses@aol.com Refund & Return Policy All sunglass sales are final unless defective. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours after receiving the item. We will then provide you with a return authorization number (RA#). Upon inspection of the item returned to Greeksunglasses.com, should we find the item to be defective, we will replace it at our discretion. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. |
